At Nacht & Lewis, I’ve learned that great projects start with great people. In our fast-paced industry, no two projects are the same, and the constant evolution keeps me engaged and motivated to grow. One of the things I value most about working here is how the company supports professional development.
Learning Opportunities at Nacht & Lewis
Recently, I had the opportunity to attend the Society of Marketing Professionals (SMPS) Pacific Regional Conference (PRC) in Seattle, WA. The conference provided a chance to connect with like minded marketing professionals from across the Pacific Region. From breakout sessions and workshops to keynote speeches and special events, I gained insight into best practices in AEC marketing and business development from some of the most experienced professionals nationwide.
Beyond the formal learning, PRC offered invaluable opportunities to build community, develop relationships, exchange ideas, and bring fresh perspectives back to the office. Attending the conference reminded me how much growth comes from stepping outside of the office, sharing experiences with peers, and seeing new approaches in action. It’s this type of support that allows me to continue growing professionally and personally while staying engaged with the evolving industry.
Professional growth isn’t a one time event, it’s ongoing. Since joining Nacht & Lewis, I’ve been encouraged to explore my strengths, expand my knowledge, and pursue opportunities that align with both my personal and professional goals.
