This project the existing Room 0611 CT scanner suite, located on the basement level of the Ambulatory Care Center at UC Davis Health, to accommodate installation of new GE Revolution Apex Elite CT scanner equipment and an associated control room. The project also incorporates a dedicated patient holding area and enhanced patient experience lighting.
The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, construction of non-load-bearing partitions, installation of lead shielding, upgraded interior finishes, casework, and furniture systems, as well as equipment anchorage. Work also involves selective floor slab cutting and patching, along with modifications to mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems to support the new imaging equipment and facility requirements.
