This Design-Build project provides over 30,000 sq. ft. of ground-up new facilities and the heavy modernization of over 24,000 sq. ft. to create an entirely new campus on an existing site. Greer Elementary School builds upon a modular design developed by Nacht & Lewis for all classrooms to help meet a strict construction schedule. The project provides 21st century collaborative learning environments for its K-5 students, including outdoor work space and interior break-out spaces. Rooms are flexible and roll-up garage doors connect many classrooms to adjacent outdoor learning spaces.
