PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Nacht & Lewis assessed the existing Main Jail and the Rio Cosumnes Correctional Center for ADA compliance relative to inmates, visitors, and staff. The product of this effort was a report that documented non-compliant conditions, recommended solutions, and estimated costs for each required upgrade. In addition, the report recommended an annex at the main jail as a means to renovate an existing operational jail facility. Concepts were included with optional phases, schedules, and total project cost estimates.
