How long have you been with N&L?

I started on April 1st, 2024.

What’s your favorite type of cuisine?

I love fried rice and I always enjoy dishes with a delicious sauce!

What do you enjoy doing in your downtime?

I’m involved in a community band where I play the flute. I’m also a puzzle enthusiast!

What’s your favorite thing to do in Sacramento?

I enjoy having picnics in one of the many parks in Sacramento with my partner, then taking a stroll by the river.

What’s your favorite movie?

The Princess Bride; I love to quote it!

What’s your dream vacation?

I would love to spend several weeks exploring New Zealand.

What’s your favorite part of working in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry?

I enjoy helping a community through the projects. I enjoy meeting and collaborating with clients who prioritize and care about the end-users’ needs, working together to craft spaces that are beneficial to them.

What’s one talent you wish you had and why?

I wish I could whistle, although maybe the office is better off without that!

Do you have any pets? 

Yes, I have a fluffy black cat named Josie.

What is your favorite N&L past project? 

My favorite past N&L project is the North Natomas Public Library.

Do you know any good trivia questions?

Did you know that German Chocolate Cake isn’t actually German? It’s named after a man with the last name German who created a type of chocolate that would later be used in the cake. An American newspaper published it “German’s Chocolate Cake.”
