PROJECT DESCRIPTION

In conjunction with our Design/Build partners at SmithGroup and Roebbelen Construction, we were selected by Placer County to develop a new 19,400 sq. ft. Coroners Facility. The building is in the construction document phase and a site development package is being delivered to the City of Roseville for agency review concurrently.

The project is designed to deliver the County’s critical success factors:

  • Improved forensic services by incorporating efficient planning and accommodating best forensic practices.
  • Growth potential through systems sizing and routing, and space planning.
  • Sustainability and efficiency including daylighting, straight forward high efficiency mechanical systems, rooftop and carport mounted photovoltaic panels that will offset most of the anticipated electrical usage within the County’s budget.
