RHONDA PETTIT MALIEPAARD

Rhonda has been with Nacht & Lewis since 1996, bringing decades of experience and a commitment to fostering a safe, supportive, and engaging workplace. As director of personnel, she oversees administrative services and human resources operations, helping ensure the policies and procedures that support our people and day-to-day operations are in place.

In 2003, Rhonda played an integral role in the firm's move from its Folsom Boulevard location to its newly renovated downtown Sacramento office. Throughout her tenure, she has held a variety of positions, giving her a broad understanding of the firm and allowing her to build strong relationships with employees at every level.
