BIOGRAPHY
Michele has built a distinguished career in architecture, focusing on creating spaces that prioritize justice, safety, and community integrity. Over the past 17 years, she has emerged as a firm expert in justice, civic, and public safety facilities. She excels in all phases of design, especially construction documents and administration. Her involvement with the American Institute of Architects' Academy of Architecture for Justice (AIA AAJ) demonstrates her commitment to advancing architectural solutions that promote fairness and rehabilitation within the justice system. Michele also plays a crucial role in refining fire and life safety design standards through her participation in the California State Fire Marshal’s I-3 Occupancy Triennial Task Group. Additionally, her proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) facilitates effective collaboration and visualization, essential for successful design-build projects.
