BIOGRAPHY
Michael is dedicated to the advancement of public safety architecture. In his 32 year career, he has participated in more than 45 public safety projects. These projects include facilities for police, fire, emergency communications, emergency operations and public safety training. He has developed specialized knowledge in public safety facilities: needs assessments, planning, security and detailing.
Michael has presented to public safety organizations nationwide on the subjects of facilities hardening, ergonomics and designing for growth and change. He is an active participant in the AIA Academy of Architecture for Justice and the Association of Public Safety Communications Officials (APCO) and supports the California State Sheriffs’ Association (CSSA).
