DeAnn has over 30 years of experience in design, planning, construction documents, and construction administration. She has worked on new buildings, numerous tenant improvements, and various infill and renovation projects. These projects involved preparing existing spaces and hospital facilities to accommodate new healthcare and behavioral health services, including radiology, orthopedics, primary care clinics, inpatient and outpatient pharmacy, emergency department expansions, surgery suites, postpartum and NICU expansions, central processing, morgues, food services, material management spaces, Crisis Residential Treatment, and Psychiatric Health Facilities.

DeAnn manages projects from design through construction administration, working closely with clients, contractors, design consultants, HCAi (formerly OSHPD), and local jurisdictions to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
