With over 20 years of experience in the profession, Mr. Flatt has focused his career on the design and construction of education projects, building extensive knowledge in educational facility design and construction technology. Chris leads Nacht & Lewis’ education team’s modernization and expansion projects and is acutely sensitive to the requirements of working on existing and active school campuses. From project startup to project completion, Chris prides himself with being involved in every step. Project continuity is key! Chris is also a Certified Construction Document Specialist by the Construction Specification Institute which greatly assists with specifications, the often neglected piece of the bidding document package.
