OPEN POSITIONS
We are seeking a high-performing and enthusiastic Project Architect with 5 to 10 years of experience to join our team. We are imaginative and strategic problem solvers who value collaboration and teamwork for the best project outcomes. We offer a close-knit, friendly, and fun work environment in downtown Sacramento. Project Architect
Minimum 5 – 10+ years of experience with public sector projects. Must have a passion for design, and technical knowledge coupled with leadership ability to direct and coordinate the work of the project production team. Capability to effectively use design applications and tools such as Sketch-up, Revit, AutoCad, and Adobe Design Suite. Current California Energy Code building envelope design & detailing experience is a plus and applicants must hold a current architectural registration in the U.S.
Salary Range: $90,000-$125,000 per year. Quarterly bonuses can add to salary range.
What You Will Do
- Oversee design and the preparation of contract documents through supervision and coordination of the work including in-house architectural staff as well as consultants
- Reviews project documents for quality control
- Maintains project records
- Review projects for compliance with zoning and building codes, regulations and standards
- Process documents through review agencies
- Work with clients in the development of the design and documentation
- Provide design information for construction cost estimates
- Perform construction support and contract administration

We are seeking a high-performing and enthusiastic Project Manager with 10 years or more of architectural experience to join our team. Licensure is preferred but not required. We are imaginative and strategic problem solvers who value collaboration and teamwork for the best project outcomes. We offer a close-knit, friendly, and fun work environment in downtown Sacramento. Project Manager
Minimum 10+ years of experience with the management of the project design team including: project staffing, scheduling and budgeting, daily interaction with clients, assistance with and preparation of fee proposals and contracts, and participation in the firm's marketing efforts. Experience with public sector work and agencies is a plus but not a requirement.
Salary Range: $100k-130k per year. Quarterly bonuses can add to salary range.
What you will do:
- Prepare the project plan including staffing requirements, schedule, budget and
- Maintain project budget control through tracking and forecasting project hours against the project
- Maintain project schedule through regular monitoring and taking appropriate action to ensure timely decisions and that project milestones are met.
- Responsible for planning and adjustments of staff assignments, project team organization and appropriate roles and responsibilities of each member.
- Monitors the design process to ensure design concepts meet the client's and firm's
- Ensure design and documentation
- Coordinate consultant services to provide integrated and timely design solutions that are well
- Assists with the firm's marketing efforts in the procurement of new projects and clientele.
