PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Nacht & Lewis & DPR Construction with Capital Avenue Development have again collaborated on this Build-to-Suite / Lease Area Office and Dispatch Facility. We have applied lessons learned from our Grass Valley facility to provide maximum efficiency and value to the State. Our design approach is to minimize maintenance needs and maximize energy efficiency and production within a competitive budget. The team has included the means for monitoring energy use to provide a basis for future Net Zero building designs. Unique features include retention and treatment of all stormwater runoff on site as well as a 148-foot tall, 4-leg emergency communications tower designed to essential services structural criteria.

This new facility is LEED Silver certified.
